This week’s eat sip shop is insanely delicious and a stop you’re going to want to take note of! Earnest Ice Cream, located at 3992 Fraser St. serve seriously good ice cream;) Kendra, Will, and I headed there Sunday afternoon for a scoop of our own.

Plan ahead though – they’re only open Thursday through Sunday!

natural + creative flavours made in small batches daily – i wanted all of them.

We ordered the Whiskey Hazelnut + the London Fog. Amazing! I’ll be back for a pint or ten;)

Be prepared to wait in a line – We were there on a rainy afternoon +  they were packed! Worth it, though!! Also, if you buy a pint, you can bring the jar back to be refilled. Hooray for local companies who are true to their values:)
