I absolutely love my neighbourhood with its close proximity to the seawall and all the little parks. But one thing missing was a local, cosy cafe. Sometimes you just don’t feel like walking 20 minutes to Gastown or Main Street to meet up with your girlfriends for a coffee date. Lucky for us in the West End, Greenhorn Cafe has arrived! I first found about this gem through my lady, Allessia. (thaaaanks!)
Kendra & I met up over the weekend at Greenhorn Cafe for this week’s Eat Sip Shop feature. a very delicious scone & americano for me. tea & chocolate crossiant for Kendra – yum!the fresh flowers around the cafe are the perfect touch to brighten up the typical rainy mornings here in Vancouver.. the space may be a little small, but the big windows & beautiful open layout make it a winner in my books. With Kendra moving into the neighbourhood, I can see this becoming our regular hangout. Make sure to check it out! And as always, I love supporting small businesses when the owners are passionate & down to earth. Walter is definitely that:)
