Hi lovelies! How was your weekend? I’m still all smiles after a wonderful one over here…it really was the best:) some of the best parts included..

+ a run along the seawall before sunrise Friday morning. Nothing quite like a run before the entire city wakes. Why can’t I ever remember that feeling when the alarm goes off at 5:10 am?

+ my first visit to the PNE. Guys, I am totally NOT a ride person. Growing up I had to be bribed or forced into going on a ride. It was never a happy moment for me. This weekend things were a little different. I challenged myself to the scariest rides & partially loved it. I still made strange noises & freaked out while waiting in the lines, but all in all – it was pretty awesome:) And you know the fair experience isn’t complete with out the really, really bad-for-you food so we stuffed our bellies with poutine & fried oreos before ending the night running from ride to ride in the rain. Take that, Vancouver weather!

+ The Beach Boys live at the PNE! Do you still jam to these guys? I do! I do! We had way too much fun singing along & dancing to the classics… seriously, though. The beach boys! Amazing! Here’s a favourite just for you. Okay, one more! 🙂
